dpkg 1.16.7: Please translate the package dpkg (man pages)

Dear Debian I18N people,

I would like to know if some of you would be interested in translating
the dpkg man pages. If you already have commit access and are comfortable
working with git and familiar with the dpkg git workflow then please
commit to the master branch, otherwise please send the updated file to
me, or submit it as a wishlist bug against dpkg. For deadlines/upload
information, please check:

dpkg already includes de.po es.po fr.po hu.po ja.po pl.po pt_BR.po
ru.po sv.po.

So do not translate it to these languages (the translators will be
contacted separately).
