is there a .zip or .tar.gz for cheetah that can be dropped into the app folder and imported without using easy_install or setup.py without namemapper.c

that ll help since cheetah is the only templating language that can run on google app engine

Thanks

I agree this is an idea worth discussing.  Making cheetah easy to use
with GAE, imho, would be a good thing.

Here's an explanation of how to install Cheetah in AppEngine:
http://vegai.iki.fi/google-appengine/template-engines
