duplicating a working nslu2

A couple of years ago I setup an NSLU2 to get the weather information
off of my Davis weather station and upload it to my web site. It has
been working great this whole time.  Now I am setting up another station
at work and want to duplicate the setup and then change 3 settings. What
would be the best method to make an exact duplicate of my working nslu2
and the 2gb usb memory stick.  I suppose it is getting about time to
have this "backup" for my own also, as the usb memory stick has been
getting written to every 2 seconds 24/7/365 for the last 2 years.
