dvb-c at-KarrerNet

hi folks!

i live in st. florian bei linz / austria, postal code A-4490.
i just created the attached kaffeine dvb-c scan list out of a w_scan list.
i verified it by scanning for channels and everything (including epg)
now works fine.
also, all channels in the karrernet cable network were found correctly
using the list.
i ask you to include the file in future releases so other users may scan
more conveniently.
