The source code is only buildable under *nix (including cygwin), serious win32 porting is still to be done.

Currently a number of optimizations are still to be done. Also I'm not quite sure audio streams (which should be signed 16bit big endian LPCM) get through in the MPEG animated menu (AUDIO_TS.VOB).
Surprisingly my player does not play back the sound, which may be due either to hardware limitations of software issues.
I do count on Udo's world-famous NADs to help me out of this issue...
