I installed eGroupware 1.6.002 in AppSrv. It is working fine but when i click the gantt chart then a jpgraph error is displaying that is "can't delete the cached image c:\AppSrv\www\egroupware\tmp\gan.tmp permission problem?" this kind of message is comming. I created a tmp folder in egroupware installation folder and in site configuration i pointed this tmp folder for temporary files.
I downloaded and unzip the jpgraph 3.x . Now what my doubt is where to place this folder to enable gantt charts for my egroupware(eGW)? I found the jpgraph1.5.x folder in projectmanager\inc folder of the eGW installation directory. So I kept my jpgraph 3.x in the same proj manager\inc folder andmodified the class.projectmanager_ganttchart.inc.php file.
I dont know the above process is right or wrong. Please tell me where to place my jpgraph3.x folder and what are the files needed to be modified?
What my requirement is I want to display gantt chart in project manager of egroupware. please tell me what i have to do?
Please reply me as early as possible. It is very urgent.
I know this seems obvious, but have you checked to see that file is actually there? If so, what permissions has it been given, can you rename or delete it to see if the error goes away?
