em8300 with linux 2.6.28?

Hi,

Up to now, almost all 2.6 kernel versions broke the API somehow, thus
requiring a new release of the em8300 driver. Has anyone tried the
latest em8300 driver with a recent RC for 2.6.28? Is there anything
broken?
