email issues after recent update

Hello All,

I just updated my program and am unable to email.  The "to" button is grayed out.  I can add a CC but can not send because I don't have a "to" recipient.  We do use the dot net feature.  Another person in our Troop is having the same problem.  Is anyone else heard of this situation?
