err with Oracle JDBC driver

Hi,
I have a problem. When I use oracle JDBC driver (ojdbc14.jar), it works normally in the data source manager windows, in the data source manager windows I can preview data in the database. But when I add some data set into the report and run the report it has some err. Msg as blow:

Error0 : odaconsumer.CannotOpenConnection(1 time)detail: 无法打开驱动程序
--Means can't load driver
(org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc) 的连接。无法加载 JDBC 驱动程序类:
--means can't make connection
[oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver]。 无法加载 JDBC 驱动程序类:
--means can't load the oracle driver class.
[oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver]。

can you say the syntax for writing the 'Driver url'  when connecting to a oracle database
