The install error is likely causing the other one - thanks for
providing that bit of detail. Please do the following:

- Uninstall your current HeroStats install.
- Reboot.
- Go to Windows Update and ensure you have .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.
- Download the newest HeroStats from http://herostats.org (do this
again even if you have a saved download from before, since the old one
might be corrupted)
- Reinstall HeroStats.

If you still have problems after that, please let me know the exact
error you're seeing from the install and we'll try to troubleshoot it.
