I am going to Guangzhou during Canton Fair. Can I exchange money anytime and anywhere? Is there any ATM near the two complexes of Canton Fair?

 not every bank in China offers currency exchange service. Usually, USD, JPY, HKD, GDP, CAD, EUR, CHF, AUD can be exchanged in any area branch of Agricultural bank (Including weekends), China Construction Bank (Including weekends) and Bank of China (excluding weekend). Usually, USD can be exchanged in any area branch.  Most branches of The Bank of China can exchange different types of currency。But the service is only available during weekdays. There are ATM machines and Bank of China branches in Pazhou and Liuhua complex of the canton fair, though with long queues at the ATM and banking service most of the time, therefore, do not wait until the last minute that you need the money.

You can very easy to find ATM or bank near LiuHua complex, since Liuhua complex i s located at city center.

But for Pazhou complexes, I only know there is one bank (China agriculture bank) nearby, the detail address is: No. 2 , Xin Gang Dong Lu. Other than it, it is hard to see other ATM or bank.
