libdevmapper is not found

root@ubuntu:~# apt-get install libdevmapper

Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree

Reading state information... Done

Note, selecting libdevmapper1.02.1 instead of libdevmapper

libdevmapper1.02.1 is already the newest version.

Hi Steve,

I had this problem yesterday, I rather crudely added the following line into
t2-trunk/packages/filesystem/parted/parted.conf

var_append confopt " " "--disable-device-mapper"

This allows parted to build and I've successfully installed my build.

Best of luck,

Mark
