'id' header when subscribing or unsubscribing.

Stomp - maybe for the 1.1 release.
e.g. I'd like the CONNECT/CONNECTED to use the same header values as
the the standard RECEIPT stuff (so to use receipt / receipt-id rather
than request-id / response-id)
Not only does this reduce confusion, it also means that Stomp clients
can reuse the same 'request/response' code since its correlating on
the same headers (receipt and receipt-id) rather than having to cope
with 2 completely different sets of headers which do basically the
same thing.
