don't know why, but i forgot my passphrase for message decryption....

where can i find the password, where can i change it, or is it not  
possible to do that

If you can't remember it, definitely, that's the end of the story.

I hope you generated, and stored securely, a revocation certificate when
you generated that key. If you did, you should import the certificate
into your keyring, that will revoke the key, and then upload the revoked
key to a keyserver of your choice.

Do you remember anything about the passphrase?  It may be possible to
launch a brute force attack whereby you try every possible
combination.  However, if you don't know anything about the phrase it
would take far too long to even attempt.
