A new stable release of FriBidi 0.10.x series is out. Download from:

http://fribidi.freedesktop.org/download/

This release is based on Unicode Character Database 5.0.0.

(DNS entries for fribidi.org were recently updated, so it may take a
while before they propagate, but the URL above should work.)
