gazebo install on osxI am attempting to install gazebo on osx but cmake does not seem to be able
to find ogre. I am relatively new to osx so I'm not sure I have installed ogre properly. Following the directions from: http://www.ogre3d.org/wiki/index.php/Building_From_Source#Mac_OS_X I built ogre on xcode and dragged the "Ogre.framework" diretory to /Library/Frameworks/. I did not notice that any pkg-config files were produced. When I ran cmake in gazebo, I get the following error: CMake Error at cmake/SearchForStuff.cmake:23 (MESSAGE): Error: Ogre3d version >= and development files not found. See the following website: http://www.orge3d.org Call Stack (most recent call first): CMakeLists.txt:68 (INCLUDE) What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to simply build ogre and get the pkg-config files so that cmake will know where to look? I attemped to pose this question on the ogre forum but their solution was to update the findogre.cmake script, which gazebo doesn't seem to be using. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us! Two patches for GazeboHello
A while ago I submitted two patches to Gazebo, one speeding up the camera movement and one adding the missing Imu player interface code. Has anyone seen them and considered whether to include them or not? Lately there have been lots of changes in the svn trunk (which is nice) however my patches do not apply so nicely anymore. If you would consider including them, let me know and I will update them so that they can be applied onto the latest svn trunk revision.
