Hi,
I am interested at the moment in using gbrowse_img with embed=1 to
create HTML with an image and associated image map with some links and
maybe some balloons too.
In v1.69 using the shipped example yeast data and configuration this
seems to work fine with a URL like this:
http://myserver/cgi-bin/gbrowse_img/yeast/?name=chrI:143000..150000&type=Genes&embed=1
which shows an image with balloons that pop up nicely on mouseover.
However I find that with v1.70 (different server, but same data,
configuration and URL parameters) this does not work and the image is
'dead'. The HTML is missing its 'noscript' and 'map' elements and also
some lines like 'BalloonConfig(balloon500);'.
Quite possibly my problem is due to some other detail somewhere else but
thought I'd check first whether there is a difference between the two
versions in their ability to do the embedding properly.
