gcc 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 now build on alpha

Gerald, just to let you know that this week 4.3 and 4.5 finally built
fine on FreeBSD 6.4-STABLE alpha:

% gcc45 --version

Cool, thanks for the heads up!  I am currently working to make lang/gcc44
the new "default" (for example implied by USE_FORTRAN, along the lines of
what you had wondered in June), so this is good to know.
