Hello again!

Does gdome have HTML support? I see that there is a gdomehtml module,
but I can't figure out how to enable it.

The README nor google has helped me discover how to enable the gdomehtml module.

That piece of code predates the time when I started working on
gdome2. I think it is unused as of now.
