gengetopt 2.22: missing include in src/fileutils.cpp

Hi,

There is a missing include in gengetopt 2.22 in src/fileutils.cpp:

#include<cstring>

Then it works fine on Fedora Core 13 (with gcc 4.4.4).

I think this is already fixed in the current version, have you tried 2.22.4?
