My name is Masoud , master degree student doing a research on STR 16 loci
polymorphism in Palestine – Gaza strip . actually I have two questions and
need your help :
1. All article says for STR analysis the blood should be collected
from healthy individuals -health from what ?
*(We are measuring alleles frequency ) ***
2. To candidate STR loci for human identification the loci should be
in separated chromosomes ?
