gentoo ebuild for current git version of exim

It's based on the 4.69 ebuild, and I added in xfpt/sdop so
that exim.8 could be built (but the other doc/* files are
missing). That "make -j1" appears to be justified...
cram_md5's server_secret stopped being recognised until I
added it back.

The commit id of the HEAD of the master branch is
automatically appended to whatever the current version is.
