geopriv on locations delivered over HTTP

Different use case than GeoLocation API, but the context is still “web” delivery of location information, and the terminology, diagrams, and security/privacy analysis is interesting.

If a device doesn’t have a GPS, then this is likely the mechanism by which the device API implementation will obtain geographic information.

This has a built in privacy policy described in section 9.3. We would
probably want a more flexible arrangement whereby
policy can be attached to the request.
