german version of the site and buttons (again)

Hi at all.

I wanted to translate the site sqlite.org to german, because it is for
german easier to read and perhaps more people would understand it better
like php.net with the german variant.

And the other thing is, that i have made buttons for linking. like this
one here: http://yuedream.de/images/88x15-2.gif . It is not hte only one.
I made 6 of them in the size 88x15 und 88x31.

contains a link to a fossil repository with the
documentation sources. That should get you started.
