getpaid.ups not listed in shipping methods

I am trying to add getpaid.ups, but I am having some trouble. I have
added the following to my buildout:

[getpaid]
recipe = getpaid.recipe.release

addpackages=
        getpaid.ups

Now, when I add getpaid.flaterateshipping, Flat Rate Shipping is
listed as an option in my Shipping Methods, but not UPS. Is there
something I am missing?

it might be that they are both overriding the same zcml files, so the
last one that is getting installed is the one that will display in the
Shipping Methods.
