However, in this case I can tell what your problem is. You have a stale package description cache, and so you'll need to run "fink index -f" to forcibly refresh it, and then you should be able to selfupdate and get fink and gettext-tools updated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ fink-core mailing list fink-core@... http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.core |

This will need to be done in a terminal window. I don't think Fink Commander knows about the -f option for "index" ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ fink-core mailing list fink-core@... http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.core |
