gmail migration

Hi all,

some friend of mine would like to try Claws Mail. He uses gmail (with
its "filter" rules, address book, etc...)

Are there any migration tools in order to import gmail stuff? If I look
at google I only see guides on how to configure gmail on CM.

TIA,

Maybe I did not express myself correlty.

I've my CM configured to use gmail. And all my filter rules and address
book as I have used CM for a long time, before using gmail.

But my friend didn't, so he has an out-of-the-box CM.
He has configure CM to use gmail's pop3/smtp but he/me were
wondering if there's any tool able to "export" gmail's address book, or
gmail's "filter" rules... (I know gmail filtering (tags) does not work
as CM filter rules, but maybe someone has been able to translate them..)

Thanks for your reply!

for the address book there is a script in Claws Mail's /tools
directory, or from the website: csv2addressbook.pl

with regards
