gputils processor table updates

I've applied a patch from Marko Kohtala (in SVN r554) that slightly changes
how the processor table is formatted. In particular, there's no more
enumeration, and the BSR information for PIC16E devices has been moved into
the main table under the num_banks field (so now its meaning depends on
context a bit).

The wiki page has been updated accordingly, but this is just an FYI for
anyone who notices something's different.
