Hi I buit up the newest gtk+2 which you find here:

http://saxa.droplinegnome.org/i686/2.28

Please if somebody wants to help, install all of those libs in there
and report if the std. slackware 13.0 system still works.

2.28 build progress

Heya,

I've started a section on our 2.28 Dev page that will help us track our
build progress. It can be found at:

https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/dropline-gnome/wiki/DroplineGnome2_28#BuildProgress

Saxa, if we both can keep it in sync with what we have done we can avoid
duplicate work. I am trying to mimic/adjust according to our previous
compile-order and I am building pack by pack slowly, not installing
anything I've build unless required so we can get a better look on what
is really dependant on what.

Best Wishes,
-
Tiago "Salvador" Souza

Tiago, there is one thing which probably you have not understood. The
build progress in my way of doing and updating the page is not needed.
Let me explain why.
If you would update the page only when you have built up a package and
installed it, you wont need the build progress table since its built
up by order and by requirement. It was enough to see what was lastly
built and it would go trough.
Since you have built up all the external deps and updated that table,
we are lost, and dont know what needs what.

Compile order would also be created only when you have built the
correct and required packages for the source you are building.

Saxa,

I've restored the 2.28 page to be == to the one you built for yourself.

Sorry for the confusion.
