gtk+2 package

Hello all,

I believe I've managed to finish the gtk+2 script. Now it matches
Slackware's more closely, including the patches and it creates
the /etc/gtk-2.0/$ARCH-slackware-linux properly.

I will try ti this weekend before I continue to build up on other things.

Please people test it wiht a std. slack system to see if it breaks something.
