I read he is flagged as active but:
- he have not an account on dev platform
- last package sent on 05th April '09
- last closed bug on 22th April '09

yes, he's been inactive for far too long without any notice.

According to the bylaws, the standard voting procedure for undeclared
inactivity is:
 SVP( inactivity_removal_of_TU, 3, 0.66, 5 );

Problems with starting the 3-day discussion period now?

Hello,

I think, this questions should be answered by Tim himself.

If you have no account on dev.archlinux.org, you have no packages there, so
you won't have bugs. :)

Does he have any out of date packages or outstanding bugs? Perhaps he
just has not had anything to work on..

This is not. And he didn't send any mails to DEVs to setup one account.

No package. No bugs. No project. Is this the cause we are here?
We have ~2000 orphans packages, ~500 bugs, ours projects needs some
patches. And you tell me "he have nothing to do"?
I already told in past, no problem if you are busy or life is hard.
But if you are active, be active. Just my point.

Hi guys,

you're right, I have not yet made a transition to the new system.

So, I have been inactive since the switch.

Since my last update screwed pacman itself, I had to get a working
system quickly, and now I'm on Ubuntu...

So, I don't think I will be back on Arch for at least another few month,
not sure when or if I can start contributing again.

I really like the time with Arch, but having started university and
moving, I have less time to package stuff and get it working ;)

Nevertheless, I hope to be able to contribute to the Linux eco-system
again in the future.
