Would someone (in europe) be interested in getting two dxr3-like cards (for free, provided they are used for dxr3 development)?

It is one dxr3 from Creative and one of Videologic, you can see pics and some specs at

http://thomas.orgis.org/em8300/

I'll keep the Hollywood+ for personal use (es, but the other two are just collecting dust.
I once intended to have a setup with multiple TV outputs via dxr3, but that doesn't seem to become useful to me in the forseeable future.

If it is serving the cause of dxr3 driver development, I'll pay the shipping to whomever... when it's not too far (in monetary terms) from Germany.

Alrighty then,

Thomas.

This looks interesting but... I already have something like 7 H+/DXR3
cards, and yours might well be perfect clones of some of mines...

If you're interested to help development, testing things with your cards
would be nice.

Your "Scary Dxr3" effect is very interesting, but I'm not sure I'd be
able to reproduce it with different hardware... By the way, are you able
to reproduce it at will? Such a thing really looks impossible to me
(although it obviously is possible)...

Cheers,

Nicolas

Well, two fellows already volunteered to take care of them... I could have noted to the list.

I really hope the guys will do _that_. I'm giving away for the good purpose!

Hm. That was some time ago...
I'm quite sure I discussed this on the list back then (the whole reason to put up this web page).
Didn't try to reproduce this later... also, since I didn't really use more than one card at a time.
I once thought about setting up the media box with two outputs (one for DVB-T from HVR-1300, one for DVD) for the two inputs of my TV, but never came around finishing that, partly due to lack of proper receptption of DVB-T.
Also, I more and more realize that TV is crap, once you already know all the good stuff.

Perhaps I'll be selling that dust-collecting HVR-1300, too.

Anyhow, the guy I'm sending the dxr3 too could have an eye on this effect with the rest of his collection...

Alrighty then,

Thomas.
