help, error in ntoollib project

i'm using visual studio 2005 to compile nebula from SVN branch merge0706. when compiling i got this error :

g:\Nebula2\branches\merge0706\code\nebula2\src\tools\nexportanalyzer.cc(52): error C3861: '_localtime64_s': identifier not found, even with argument-dependent lookup

been working on compiling for a few days. please someone help me
