help: problems to load sql file into postgis

Hi list !
 
I have problems When I try to load the following sql file,  the table simply doesn't appear and status is "

interrupted". Somebody can help me !? Anyway, thanks!

Try:
 psql --set ON_ERROR_STOP=1 -f <inputfile>

--strk;
