help

hi i had mandriva 2009.1 kde 4 ,i installed kaffeine 4 from urpmi and ffmpeg and xine ,,but when i search for channels on my dvb it searched for all channel but when i need to open a channel i saw an error message said : "could not open media source" what i can do to make it woke ?

thanks ,i regeister to the forum of kaffeine but my user is still inactive i don't know why? my user : lama85
