help with specific ICS protocol

Hello All,

I need to do some staining for mouse CD4, IFN-g, IL-17, and CCR6.  I haven't
tried this combination before and have difficulty doing ICS in general (loss
of surface stains). Would anybody have any experience on a good clone and
fluor combination for these markers. I am really grateful for any help.
