herostats crash report

after downloading the newest build of herostats i tried to run it and got a pop up box with the following and instruting me to copy the report and email to this address

This usually means that the installation didn't work properly. You
need to ensure that you have all programs closed during the HeroStats
install - including programs that normally run in the background, such
as CoHLCD or Glycerine. You might even need to uninstall those
programs (and HeroStats), reboot, then reinstall the latest HeroStats.
You can always reinstall those other programs once you have HeroStats
working.
