What does your budget look like for hosting and what is your traffic
like? Unfortunately I don't know any windows hosters that provide
postgresql out of the box, but there are quite a few that will give you
dedicated hosting that you can install anything you want on your box.
I've used planet before for dedicated hosting and their price vs.
quality of service has been fairly good.
