how many cards???

i have a problem when it comes to having to play Chaoticwhen your turn is over and it is back to your turn again bucuase your opponent ended their turn,........up to how many battle gear and or mugic cards can you have in your hand....

another question in the beginning of the game do you already equip the battlegear to your crature along the the mugic or do you have to do it every turn that is yours???
