If you automatically want to forward _every_ mail to a certain mail
address to another address at Gmail you need to configure the MTA to do
that. If you want to give end-users the possibility to configure that
themselves, you need to make a plugin allowing them to configure the MTA.
If you manually want to forward mail one by one, use the "forward" button.
If the answer above doesn't make sense, you're an end user. Please read
