how to add source folders to the project?

Hello!

I'd like to do the following http://cmusphinx.sourceforge.net/sphinx4/#setupide . First point is as follows: "Add all subfolders(!) of the src-directory as source folders to your project". I created project in NetBeans IDE 6.7.1 by File -> New Project and choosing the default values. Now how should I add those files to my project? Those files are contained in Sphinx4 application and are as follows: apps, research, sphinx4.
