how to build lpsolve for ampl in Mac OSX snow leopard?

Hi,
I was trying to download executive lpsolve for AMPL compiled for Mac OSX from netlib, however the link no longer works.
I wonder if someone could kindly share the compiled lpsolve for AMPL with me, or instruct me how to compile one myself. I'm a newbie and I appreciate any detailed instructions.

I have never tested or compiled lpsolve for AMPL on a Mac OSX system. So I wonder which link you mean that doesn't work anymore.
If AMPL works under Mac OSX, then lpsolve should also work with it.
How to compile it is described in the reference guide in the section 'Using lpsolve from AMPL' at the end of the page: 'Compile the AMPL driver'

I compiled the lpsolve AMPL driver on Mac OSX and have put it on sourceforge as lp_solve_5.5.0.15_AMPL_exe_osx32.tar.gz.

Thank you so much Peter! I just tested the binary, it worked perfectly, except for the warning saying the dynamic library file was missing. I downloaded the file from DEV package, and put the library file into the directory, then it run with no problem.
