how to install the JavaScript toolbox¶

Hi,

   After installing the mapfishapp, I can see the default page. Then I shoulld install the MapFish JavaScript toolbox. Just like

• the Ext, OpenLayers, GeoExt and MapFish Client JavaScript libraries,
• a sample JavaScript application based on those libraries,
• a build profile for minifying the JavaScript code of this sample application,
• a JavaScript testing framework, with a test example

    So my question is how can I install the javascript toolbox above? It do not tell me the method on the mapfish page, and on the page of localhost:5000 I can also find the beginners' tutorial,  what I should follow? the mapfish page or the Pylons page ?

using the "paster create -t mapfish_client" command, as explained in
the quickstart: <http://www.mapfish.org/doc/1.2/quickstart.html>
