how to start working with cryptopp

Hi everybody

As a beginner to cryptopp I totaly lost and confused since I even dont
know where to start. I want to use hmac-sha1 in omnetpp. I have
compiled it in Eclipse but what is next? do I need t write a new .cc
file to use cryptopp? can please someone help me how to start with
this?

I really appreciate any help.
