how to use OpenEv for displaying s_57

Hi list,

This is my first time to be here and ask you for help.

I find that OpenEv application doesn’t display s_57 format files(.000) very well and it looks green(as follows).

By the way, after I chosen the .000 file and directly click the “Load All” button without “Execute SQL”. And I think there is nothing with it, right?

Anyone can give me some clue?

Hi Randy,

Your output is correct. Natively OpenEV render S57 in green. You need S52
to render with the IHO color.

Instruction to use S52 plugin in OpenEV is in the README.

Basicaly you need to run configure to setup OpenEV source code to enable
the S52 plugin.

But you can go a long way without S52. Just instruct OpenEV to render with
the color you want.
