how to use group back ?

 how could I reactivate groups ? witch lignes do I have to change, into what, in witch file ?

BTW: I think its not the most important thing that groups have  
calendars per default (though this is a sensible default thing to do).

The important thing is the ability to create arbitrary, shared  
calendar and contact folders (and setting permissions on them).
