Hi,
new packages for the 2.6.28-16-* kernels of Ubuntu 9.04 and well as
Ubuntu 9.10 pre-compiled packages will be available soon. In the
meantime, the generic packages in the DEB format will work with these
setups.
I can't comment on "dkms" since I never used it myself, however, if you
have a generic package of one of our drivers installed and you boot a
new kernel, the driver should continue to work since the kernel modules
will be built automatically at boot.
