http addresses for library and template folders

Hi,

   We develop our reports using the windows client and then run them on a linux box.  This seems to cause problems for the report developers since they have to go in and edit pointers to library elements when they port the report from the windows development environment to the linux production environment.  It seems a resolution to this would be if you could put in URLs when creating a new library or when exporting a report to create a new library, but it doesn't seem that you can do that.  Am I missing something?  Is there some other way to resolve the problem of having to edit the report design when crossing environments?  Does everyone who runs production reports on linux do their report development in linux and eschew the windows client?
