https is not working in WebServices

Hi All,

        I am implemented webservices for my application. And I need to use https for this. If I send request from the browser its working fine. And same I use from the PDF or Standalone client Its asking for valid certificate. Even though we have valid certificate.

       Is there any configuration required in WebServices.Please help me.
