hugin-2009.4.0-RC2 fails using stereographic proj.

Hullo All,
I have been putting a few of my old projects through 2009.4.0-
RC2...thought it might be a bit of useful testing.
I got an error message, which essentially said  "make bug report
http://sf.net/projects/hugin", when trying to stitch using
stereographic projection. I submitted a bug report (id 2886901).
I have since tried another old project with the same results.
Stereographic projection fails with error message. Cylindrical
projection works OK.
Someone running 2009.4.0-RC2 please see if you can reproduce this.
